Oxford has a worldwide reputation for its cultural heritage. Learning, art, and music have mingled together for a thousand years in a relatively compact space. But for much of this time, cultural capital has accumulated behind the walls of the city’s colleges, excluding the majority of the city’s diverse population.
Untune the Sky is committed to developing partnerships with local schools to work together to improve access to the joy of collaborative performance. We are creating tailor-made programmes to suit a range of ages and abilities – from understanding the essentials of music for KS1 to group ensemble training for KS4 and above. In addition, all Untune the Sky concerts are free for under-18s.
We’ll be updating this page further as our educational programme develops.
